Service Plans

Preferred Service Plans

To save on utility bills and service calls, we urge you to take a preventive approach to heating and cooling. All of your heating and cooling systems should be included in a regular inspection and maintenance program.

We offer several competitively priced Preferred Service Plans tailored to the needs and equipment of our customers. All of our maintenance and repair work is performed by our own capable and professionally-trained technicians. Service Plans are available for gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pump systems, humidifiers and electronic air cleaners. Listed below are the basic plans we offer.

PLAN A

Planned Maintenance* 
This agreement includes two planned maintenance inspections per year to help prevent breakdowns and to maintain efficiency. During these visits we will inspect and advise you of any needed repairs. No repairs will be made without your approval. In addition, you will receive a 10% discount on any repair parts as well as priority service. We service our Preferred Service Agreement and Warranty customers first. Labor for all repairs will be charged at prevailing rates.

PLAN B

Planned Maintenance + Repair Labor* 
This agreement includes everything from Plan A plus no charge for labor.* You pay only for parts and materials needed to repair you unit.*

PLAN C

Planned Maintenance + Repair Labor + Repair Parts* 
This agreement includes everything from Plan B plus most of the common parts will be replaced or repaired when inoperative at no charge. The complete list of covered items is found on our Preferred Service Plan enrollment form.*

*Please refer to the Preferred Service Plan enrollment form for details, exclusions, terms and conditions. Coverage for humidifiers, electronic air cleaners and condensate pumps available for Plans B & C for an additional charge.
